My experience with Tammy Fabregas a few months ago was better than I have ever had before–having bought and sold homes, land, and condos–I have been through quite a few transactions over these past 30 years. She and her team were responsive, professional, helpful, and flexible–throughout the whole process. In today’s challenging market, I was grateful for her expertise and knowledge, even though I thought I was a savvy buyer. She made the entire process go smoothly, she helped me navigate the seller’s-created delays, and we still closed on time.
